Hello on a brisk, fall Sunday evening. Hope everyone has had a great weekend--it sure was a pretty one.
Friday brought with it a meet-up with our first grade buddies from Mrs. Haberfield's class, and, perhaps more importantly (depending on who you are), the big end-of-day reveal on the parts for the upcoming fifth grade musical. By the way, the musical is on October 30th at 7pm, just in case you're marking your calendars.
Field trip on Wednesday: Kids need to have a completely disposable sack lunch, appropriate dress for the weather that day (rain included--sorry, didn't mean to say that "out loud" and jinx it, just saying in case...), and prepared to have a fantastic day.
This week is College Week! We teachers will be bringing up our respective places of higher learning throughout the week in an effort to encourage the kids to start thinking toward that goal.
