Your child may have some homework tonight. They have had six days now to get most of these assignments done in class during Daily 5, but not everyone is finished quite yet.
If your child does come home tonight with work to do, you may want to have a conversation with them about how well they are using their time in class. We have quite a few people who have trouble staying on task. You may hear them say something like, "He barely gave us any time to do it in class!", but trust me, they had plenty of time.
