The Major Beats

Welcome back from a fantastic weekend. (Hopefully, anyway.) Here's the super-quick run-down of what we have this week:

1. WEDNESDAY is the field trip! We will be leaving by 8:30am and returning to the school no later than 6pm (that's what I'm told). The kids will need to bring a sack lunch that is completely disposable.
   
2. TOMORROW, here's what the kids have due: Spelling definitions and problems 1 and 2 on page 52. The "old school" method of multiplication today did not go over all that well. We will be trying this again tomorrow.
3. THURSDAY they will have a math test on chapter 2. I told them today exactly what would be on it, and I will give them a study guide tomorrow.
4. FRIDAY we will have a spelling test and a social studies test.
