Ahhh... Today was much more orderly than yesterday! Sometimes, chaos reigns. (Or is it "chaos rains"? I can see arguments for either...)
Today, we worked on ratios for math (no homework in math, by the way).
We learned about as we discussed the myths of Pandora's Box, Daedalus and Icarus, and we started to watch the one on Perseus, but I figured the kids would rather go to recess, so it was cut short.
We also learned about the use of commas between adjectives--when to put them and when not to put them. Ask your kids and see if they remember the simple rule for deciding.
We read a blog about energy (well, one that was in our reading books), and then this afternoon the kids continued to work on their research and presentations about their explorers.
It was a very productive day! I hope you all have a great evening.
