Today was the Great American Shake-Out, and your kids did very nicely with the earthquake drill as well as the fire drill that came immediately after.
We also welcomed Shoji back today. He took a hit to the face with a baseball over the weekend and we are all really happy that he is back with us and feeling better.
I told the kids that I would give them their rubrics for their procedural speeches next week. Their speeches will be given the week after that, during the week of October 28-November 1.
Hope everyone has an awesome fall break. Drink some cider and take a hayride to relaxing times.
