Remember: Every Fraction Is a Division Problem

In Mr.Carters class we are learning how to convert percents into fractions and fractions into percents. So far it is pretty easy. We hope it gets a little harder. This is an example, 78% is equal to 78/1oo. If you simplify it you will get 39/50. If you have 1/4 it is equal to 25%. In Mrs.Jackson's class we are doing algebra. This is an example, t=1/2 of a century, t times 30= 1500. It is pretty easy. We hope it gets way harder!

P.S. Mr.Carter bought a new c.d. player for the classroom! We really needed a new one.
