Sensei:
What if all the numbers you are using are negative? And what if you're subtracting them? Isn't that a whole lot of negativity? How do you deal with it all?

Hmm, well, this certainly is a lot of negative, but fortunately, if you can use a few handy rules, you can keep up with it.
Take this problem, for instance:
This may look like a regular problem, but oh no, my friend. Here you have minus a negative. Notice that there is no number between these two minuses!
This creates some crazy vibes between the two of them. The two minus symbols fuse together...
...into...
...something called...
a SUPERPLUS!
Superplus. The most plus of all plusses. Yes, in this instance, two wrongs do create a right.
But don't forget that this only works with adding and subtracting integers.
So 4 - - 8 = r becomes 4 + 8 = r!
So minus a negative is the same as plus a positive!
Here are some more examples:
Don't forget, this will take a lot of practice. Some repetition on a regular basis will have you doing problems like this with ease.
That's all for now, Vic. I hope everyone has a great day ahead of you. More Math to come, as always.
