Wisdom From the Long Arm

The Brosmans weren't the only ones to pay us a special visit on Friday. Officer Dewald, our school's police officer, came to tell the kiddos mainly about Halloween Safety. You should ask your little monsters about the things he told them, because it was good stuff, even if it's the information you and I have heard many times before and may take for granted now--stay with your group, leave the houses alone if the lights are off, don't worry about those idiot clowns, and check your candy before you mow down on it.

Kids, remember the things he said, because people our age have been where you are before, believe it or not.
