Ladies and gentlemen, I told the kids today that I would not be at school tomorrow. I have been fighting back a cough all week, and it progressed to the place where I am having to take a day off to try and recuperate.
Make sure your kiddos study for Social Studies and spelling, and make sure they take in their bookmarks tomorrow.
I hate having to take a sick day, but there is no way I would be any good for anyone tomorrow.
